The context
AFNOR Group wanted to establish a framework for implementing a collaborative and documentary platform based on the Nuxeo solution. Oceane Consulting DM intervened as Consultant and Business Owner Support (AMOA) to support the project team in this process, over a period of 6 months.
Our intervention
The objective was to bring our knowledge of Nuxeo technology and our expertise to the AFNOR Group project team. The mission covered several areas:
- Analysis of functional requirements in light of the solution's capabilities
- Definition of the application architecture meeting business needs and respecting IT Department requirements
- Facilitation of functional workshops and production of corresponding reports
- Training and support for IT teams' skills development on Nuxeo and Nuxeo Studio
- Assistance to the IT Department on Nuxeo updates and installations
Our interventions are based on a proven methodology: frame, understand, build the project, but also advise and support throughout the process. The organization ensures regular monitoring of progress, strong interactivity between the client's teams and Oceane Consulting DM consultants, as well as regular milestone positioning and production of quality deliverables for each phase.
The results
- Development of different target architecture scenarios as part of the preliminary study
- Participation in the selection of target architecture and project organization to be implemented
- Presentation to business and IT Department teams of the solution's capabilities
- Delivery of ideation workshops
