The context
ANSES needed to equip the processing of Marketing Authorization (MA) applications for plant protection products. The service, carried out on a fixed-price basis and then in TMA, is based on Liferay, BPM, Nuxeo, BO, Oracle, Java, J2EE and Windows Server technologies.
Our intervention
Oceane Consulting DM implemented the solution around the following objectives:
- Implementation of basic processes for processing a Marketing Authorization (MA) application for plant protection products.
- Management of the MA decision by ANSES.
- Management of experts, committees and associated documentation.
- Implementation of the scientific repository used for scientific assessments.
- Electronic management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents produced during the processing of applications.
- Development of management tools for ANSES DPR (BO reports).
- Data recovery (repositories) necessary for project functionalities.
The results
- Definition of the solution architecture.
- Integration of ECM and BPM functionalities within the Liferay portal.
- Establishment of the scientific repository.
- Modeling of the MA process under the Workey BPM engine.
- Implementation of a Data Warehouse with BO reports.
- Functional and technical design of the solution in collaboration with ANSES business project managers.
