The context
Manche Numerique sought to build a digital transformation offering intended for local authorities in Manche, relying on a document management solution adapted to their common needs.
Our intervention
Oceane Consulting DM supported Manche Numerique around the following objectives:
- Enhance the MyClever ECM document management solution, Nuxeo specialist and published by Oceane Consulting, to provide a specific response to the common needs of local authorities addressed by Manche Numerique.
- Support Manche Numerique and local authorities in adapting the document management solution configuration to their needs.
- Implement the means for interfacing the document management solution with approval solutions, transmission third parties and accounting tools.
- Implement a simplified deployment solution for MyClever instances intended for Manche Numerique clients.
- Integrate the specific needs of MyClever users.
The results
- MyClever is deployed with the Departmental Council of Manche, Manche Numerique, the municipality of La Hague and the Departmental Energy Syndicate of Manche.
- Instances are installed through the MyClever IO solution based on Docker, allowing the deployment of a new MyClever ECM instance in a few clicks.
- Development of connectors to the Berger Levrault approval solution, Coriolis, the Docapost transmission third party and iParapheur, among others.
- Training on use and administration provided to Manche Numerique clients.
