The context
SAFT needed to structure and standardize document management across its departments (legal, communication, quality) and its various production sites. The service combines Business Analysis support (AMOA), integration under Nuxeo and Maintenance, since 2020 and ongoing, on Nuxeo, Elasticsearch, Java and Javascript technologies.
Our intervention
Oceane Consulting DM supports SAFT around Nuxeo with the following objectives:
- Support SAFT's structured departments (legal, communication, quality) in defining and implementing means of managing and publishing company documents from Nuxeo to their intranet and extranet.
- Support SAFT's various production sites in standardizing their document management, implementing document qualification and validation processes, publishing and classification.
- Through Nuxeo, meet the specific needs of SAFT's production sites.

- Implementation of Maintenance services on the Nuxeo scope.
- Nuxeo version upgrade from 6.0 to LTS 2017.
