The context
APEC engaged in an iso-perimeter migration of its existing tools for the implementation of Expert System (Expert AI) tools, to leverage semantic analysis for matching candidates with job offers.
The project objectives covered several areas:
- Semantic analysis of CVs: extraction of training information and professional experience
- Semantic analysis of job postings: identification of job functions and roles
- Automation of skills matching between job postings and CVs
Our involvement
Océane Consulting DM provided technical assistance over the 2019-2020 period.
- Technical design of the solution in collaboration with APEC business project managers

- Training of APEC technical architects on the semantic analysis tool for comprehensive skills transfer and eventual project handover

The results
The project provided APEC with a semantic analysis solution automating the matching between CVs and job offers, with complete skills transfer to its technical architects for future project management and exploitation.
