The context
DQS, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a reference in the field of management systems and quality management provision. The company offers evaluation, certification and consulting services to companies across all sectors, worldwide, with 2500 auditors and 80 international offices.
DQS wanted to simplify and centralize all documents provided, created or used during an audit or certification. The Nuxeo platform was chosen to ensure this function. After the deployment of an initial demonstration platform, DQS wished to industrialize its use and called upon Oceane Consulting DM via Nuxeo.
Our intervention
DQS called upon Oceane Consulting DM via Nuxeo (now Hyland) to industrialize the platform deployment in order to meet the requirements of a global group.
Oceane Consulting DM audited the existing platform, defined the target architecture, installed and configured the new platform, ensured data migration, and then carried out the implementation in continuous 24/7 operation.
The solution is based on Nuxeo LTS 2021 On-Premise (DQS infrastructure), PostgreSQL 13, Elasticsearch 7 and shared storage.
The results
The services offered by DQS now enable auditors and certifiers to upload, classify, organize, search and consult all audit documentation.
