Integrator and software publisher, Océane Consulting Data Management acts as an integrator and business systems analyst on all components of the digitalization chain. However, electronic signature and electronic archiving solutions were missing from its technological arsenal. This is now resolved thanks to 2 new targeted partnerships.
Based in Rennes and Paris, Océane Consulting Data Management brings together nearly 40 experts who manage projects remotely for clients in France, Spain, Germany and Morocco across all business sectors (Banks, Industry, Public Sector, etc.).
"We work on the entire document chain thanks to partnerships established with specialized software publishers", explains Quentin Vallée, Digitalization Expert, who lists the various partners: Nuance Document Imaging-Kofax for digitization, optical character recognition (OCR and ICR), as well as document reading or automatic document recognition (LAD and RAD), Nuxeo for document management and enterprise content management (ECM), Bonitasoft for Business Process Management (BPM), UiPath for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Expert System for text mining and data analysis based on artificial intelligence processes.
"For each component of the digitalization chain, we made the strategic choice of a single partner specialized in the entire document lifecycle", continues Quentin. However, this range was still missing an electronic signature solution and a legally compliant archiving solution. Oodrive/Cecurity: the winning duo.
Originally, the choice resulted from a client's request who wanted to launch a project for digitizing expense reports with probative value for the tax authorities and social security, while incorporating electronic signature.
The mandated experts from Oceane Consulting Data Management identified solutions from three pairs of service providers (one in electronic signature and the other in electronic archiving) and ultimately Oceane Consulting Data Management chose to integrate the Oodrive/Cecurity pair into its offering: Oodrive for electronic signature and Cecurity.com for legally compliant archiving.
