The Context
COFACE launched the overhaul of its local CRMs, with the objective of migrating data from source CRMs to Microsoft Dynamics.
The project was to guarantee the quality of migrated data and the interconnection with existing technical components, while supporting the deployment in each country.
Our Intervention
Oceane Consulting Data Management intervened in technical assistance, in a data business analyst role, to frame and strengthen the migration.
