The context
AFNOR wanted to structure a project for implementing a collaborative and documentary platform based on the Nuxeo solution. The assignment, lasting six months, involved consulting and Assistance to Project Owner (AMOA).
Our intervention
Oceane Consulting DM supported AFNOR in structuring the project through the following activities:
- Provide its knowledge of Nuxeo technology and expertise to the AFNOR Group project team.
- Analyze functional requirements in light of the solution's capabilities.
- Define the application architecture meeting business needs and complying with IT department requirements.
- Facilitate functional workshops and produce corresponding reports.
- Train and support IT teams in building their competencies on Nuxeo and Nuxeo Studio.
- Assist the IT department with Nuxeo updates and installations.
The interventions are based on a proven methodology - structure, understand, build the project, but also advise and support throughout the process - with regular progress monitoring, an experienced consulting team and the positioning of regular milestones accompanied by quality deliverables for each phase.
The results
- Development of different target architecture scenarios as part of the preliminary study.
- Participation in the selection of target architecture and project organization to be implemented.
- Presentation to business and IT teams of the solution's capabilities.
- Execution of ideation workshops.
