The context
Le Conservateur wanted to integrate Cogito, a cognitive artificial intelligence platform, into its information system in order to analyze textual data specific to the insurance sector.
The challenge was to automatically extract relevant information from unstructured documents and perform automated classifications to make claims processing more reliable and faster.
Our intervention
Oceane Consulting Data Management provided technical assistance to integrate Cogito into the IT system and industrialize the analysis of textual content.
- Analysis of free beneficiary clauses within the Agent Desk through a Cogito call.
- Extraction of beneficiary information: isolation and definition of each entity and its distribution (name, first name, gender, affiliation, date of birth).
- Controls on beneficiary information (presence of title, date of birth).
- Verification of sensitive data (religious, sexual, physical, insulting, racist, medical, political order) in comment areas.
- Extraction of information in death certificates.
- Extraction of information in proof of residence documents.
Technologies used: Cogito Studio (development environment) and Cogito Discover (production platform).
The results
- Automated analysis of beneficiary clauses directly from the Agent Desk.
- Reliable extraction and control of beneficiary information.
- Detection of sensitive data within comment areas.
