The Context
The Niort Urban Planning Community wishes to equip itself with a Nuxeo ECM solution to cover various document management and dematerialization needs.
Before implementing the solution, the CA of Niort wishes to ensure user adoption of the tool through the implementation of a Proof Of Concept (POC).
The two pilot needs to be implemented in the POC are the creation of a collaborative space for deliberations management, support for the free publication space and the management of mission orders.
Our Intervention
Océane Consulting DM intervened on a fixed-price basis and for technical support throughout the project.
- General presentation of Nuxeo for different profiles with requested focus areas
- Analysis of Niort CA infrastructure and completion of the architecture report
- Installation of the Nuxeo solution, with knowledge transfer for technical administration and operations (administration training)
- Configuration within Nuxeo Studio for deliberations management and for the free publication space
- Drafting of project documents: detailed functional specifications, technical architecture report, acceptance test plans and reports, installation manual
- User training, Nuxeo Studio configuration training and change management support
- On-demand support and assistance

The Results
The POC enabled Niort CA to validate Nuxeo adoption by its users and to have an operational ECM solution for pilot use cases, supported by comprehensive project documentation and teams trained in solution administration and configuration.
