The Context
Grand Reims operates an electronic document management platform built on Nuxeo. The local authority needed to ensure the stability and security of this platform while supporting the gradual expansion of EDM to new departments.
The project objectives focused on securing operations through corrective and evolutionary maintenance, as well as on continuous integration of business divisions.
Our Intervention
Oceane Consulting DM has been providing third-party application maintenance for the platform since 2024, as well as a major version upgrade.
Regarding the LTS 2023 version upgrade, our team conducted:
- Audit and analysis of the existing system.
- Development of the migration plan and rollback plan.
- Preparation of integration and production environments.
- Application and data migration, database and Elasticsearch.
- Testing and validation, UAT and VSR.
As part of the TMA, we ensure the corrective component, with management of blocking, major and minor anomalies according to contractual SLAs, as well as the evolutionary component, with integration of new business requirements and application interfaces. Governance is based on regular committees, COPIL and COSUI.
We also provide support and documentation: preparation of the TAD, installation manual (MIS) and operations manual (MEX), user support, knowledge transfer and recommendations on backups, disaster recovery, security and monitoring.
The platform is built on Nuxeo LTS 2023, Elasticsearch, Kafka and PostgreSQL, with authentication via Active Directory (LDAP/SSO), virtualized and secure infrastructure (VLAN, firewalls, VPN) and VEEAM backups.
