The context
SAFT wanted to equip and standardize document management across its structured departments (legal, communications, quality...) and production sites. Oceane Consulting DM has been supporting SAFT since 2020, with an ongoing mission, around Nuxeo, Elasticsearch, Java and Javascript technologies, in Business Analysis (AMOA), integration under Nuxeo and maintenance services.
Our intervention
The project objectives covered several areas:
- Support SAFT's structured departments (legal, communications, quality...) in defining and implementing means for managing and publishing company documents, from Nuxeo to their intranet and extranet
- Support SAFT's various production sites in standardizing their document management, implementing document qualification and validation processes, publication and classification
- Address specific needs of SAFT's production sites through Nuxeo
The results
- Implementation of maintenance services on the Nuxeo scope
- Nuxeo version upgrade from 6.0 to LTS 2017
- Classification plan and documentation management means for structured departments integrated under Nuxeo
- Implementation of document publication security principles by brand
